the bed was quite comfy! the staff were very polite and helpful . the location is very convenient, it's near the airport. the higher floors do offer more appealing views of the surrounding area.

the front desk staff was responsive to requests! they promptly provided extra towels when asked. the team at the executive lounge offered very friendly and helpful service. the check-in process took a very long time though.
